Your data, your rights

Privacy Policy

How CAVEN handles personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Who we are

CAVEN LIMITED provides marketing training for business teams. When you use this website or request a quote, CAVEN LIMITED acts as the data controller for your personal data.

CAVEN LIMITED — VAT #: CY-10147538P. Address: 4 Prometheus Str., Executive Center, 3rd Floor, CY-1065, Nicosia, Cyprus. Email: info@cavenltd.com for any privacy question.

What data we collect

Quote and contact data: your name, business email, company name, phone number if you give it, and the message or training request you send us.

Training selection data: the courses, topics and lessons you add to a quote, plus the resulting hours and price.

Account data: if you log in, your email address and authentication details.

Technical data: information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device or browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it and our legal basis

To prepare and send the quote you asked for, and to answer your enquiry — necessary for the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To send marketing about our training only where you have asked for it or where permitted for existing business contacts — consent or legitimate interest, and you can opt out at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We never sell your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes data for us

We use service providers to host this website, store quote and enquiry records, and send email. They act as processors on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and only for the purposes described here. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

Quotes and enquiries: kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up, then deleted.

Contract and invoicing records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Account data: kept while your account is active; deleted on request.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@cavenltd.com. We reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you logged in, remember the training you have selected, and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then stop working.

Security

Access to personal data is restricted to people who need it, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and our records are protected by access controls at the database level.

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page. Please check back to see the current version.
